Founders of Cyber Cherry Anticipate Launch This Summer

LOS ANGELES The founders of web-startup Cyber Cherry anticipate a midsummer launch.

According to the founders, Cyber Cherry provides a new take on high-traffic pornography webcam sites through its support of human rights. A minimum of 10 percent net profits, in honor of human rights, will go to organizations that fight sex- trafficking and support sex workers’ rights.

This donation is made possible by entertainment technologies and viral marketing strategies, the company said.

The company said that its business model supplies new revenue streams and thus, higher commision rates.

The feature set includes performer storefronts, blogs, live auction games, and social media conglomeration tools.

“We want to redefine the industry standard for webcam sites, empower our talent base, and entertain our customers while giving back to the community,” Cyber Cherry’s founders said.

Cyber Cherry offers performers an online course on branding and social media marketing.

“It’s important to educate our workforce. It helps them and us, too,” the founders said.

Cyber Cherry launched an online funding campaign last Tuesday to raise the remaining $10,000 needed to launch. The name of the IndieGoGo campaign is Porn For Charity: The Cyber Cherry Mission.
